Information we collect

When you book, we collect your name, mobile number, service address, work details, preferred visit time and any payment reference you provide. Worker applications include contact information, skills, experience and service area.

How information is used

We use this information to respond to requests, arrange technician visits, verify payments and manage worker applications. Assigned technicians can see the contact and work details needed to fulfil their jobs. Authorized operations staff manage these records. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security-check information to help prevent automated worker applications.

Storage and access

Operational records are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Admin and worker portals use essential session cookies. The current worker application does not request identity-document or profile-photo uploads. Keep your Booking ID private; tracking also requires your mobile number.

Questions and corrections

Ask the team member handling your booking or application about corrections, access or deletion requests. Records needed for unresolved services, payments or applicable recordkeeping obligations may need to be retained. A dedicated privacy contact will be published when confirmed.
