Booking and availability

A booking request is subject to team confirmation, technician availability and the service area. Your preferred date and time are a request, not a guaranteed appointment.

Charges and assessment

The booking/inspection charge is INR 200 for each selected service. Final repair, material and service charges depend on the work assessed and will be communicated before service. A submitted UPI reference is not proof of verified payment.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact details, a complete address and a clear description of the work. Arrange safe access to the service location. Do not share staff portal credentials or another person's booking details.

Cancellations and applications

Customers can cancel pending or confirmed bookings through Track Booking before technician assignment. Contact the team for later changes. Worker applications are reviewed and do not guarantee employment or an assignment. Read the Refund Policy for payment-related requests.
